• Automation and supervisory control of engineering equipment;

Upgrading of existing building automation system and replacing specialized equipment (peripheral Modicon controllers and modules) with newer Schneider Electric AS-P SmartX servers and developing newer graphical interfaces for SCADA system;

• Automated sprinkler-based fire suppression system;

Complete restoration of the fire suppression system after the events that happened in Kazakhstan in January 2022. Added the means to monitor the system from the building’s security room.

• Automated gas fire extinguishing;

Upgrading the gas fire extinguishing system to meet Kazakhstan’s regulations and requirements in eight rooms and premises.
